Miss anything on your plan's list and we make up the work and give that plan's next month free, or an equal-value upgrade.

How it works

The promise and the rules around it

Each plan has a written list of what we deliver and by when. These rules apply to every plan.

The promise

If we miss any item on your plan's list, we do two things.

  • We make up the missed work at no charge.
  • We give that plan's next month free or, if you prefer, a free upgrade of the same value for that one month.

Bundle and Reactivations

Business Assist bundle: a miss in one plan waives only that plan's share of $997. The shares are Reviews & GBP $248.62, AI Receptionist $332.33 and Website + SEO/AEO/GEO $416.05.

Reactivations: we finish the campaign at no charge and give a $497 credit toward your next campaign, or an equal-value one-month upgrade. If we have not completed the campaign within 10 business days after the miss, we refund the missed share instead of giving the credit.

Applied automatically

We check delivery every month. If there was a miss, the next invoice for that plan is waived. You do not have to argue for it.

Prefer an upgrade? Reply before your next billing date to take an equal-value credit toward an upgrade or another plan, for that next month only. You can also ask us to review a month within 30 days after that month ends.

Limits

At most 1 free month or upgrade per plan per month, and at most 3 per plan in any rolling 12 months.

The make-up work always happens, even after the limit is reached.

Approvals

Content is sent in one batch per month, with two revision rounds. Each revised batch comes back within 2 business days. If you neither approve nor ask for changes within 2 business days, the batch is auto-approved and posts as scheduled. You can ask us to hold any item before it publishes, and a held item is not a miss.

Never auto-approved: replies to 1-star and 2-star reviews, ad creative and offers, and content for legal, health, tax or financial businesses, which needs the professional's written approval. The wait after 2 business days does not count against us.

If you cancel after a miss

If you cancel before the free month is used, we refund the missed share of that month's plan fee instead. The missed share is the part of the fee that matches what was missed. Several misses in one month add up, but never above that month's fee.

Every plan is month-to-month, with no minimum term and no notice period. Cancel any time before the next billing date. The service runs to the end of the month you have already paid for.

The limits

What is not a miss, and what is never covered

When something is not a miss

  • The item had a pending revision from you, or we were still inside our revision turnaround.
  • You broke our access or an account connection (for example, removing us from the Facebook Page).
  • A platform, carrier or host had an outage that we did not cause. We re-deliver within 2 business days after service returns.
  • You asked us to hold an item.
  • Something you owe us was still outstanding after we asked for it in writing. Each day it is outstanding pushes the deadlines back by one day.
  • You supplied the content, claims or instructions that caused the problem.
  • We left out a contact because there was no opt-in or they were on do-not-contact. That is a compliance screen, never a miss.
  • The carrier has not yet approved your business's texting registration (A2P).

Never covered, in any plan

  • Usage: texts, calls, AI minutes, phone numbers, A2P registration and email sending. It is billed separately and still bills during a free month.
  • Ad spend.
  • Domain registration and other third-party fees.
  • Taxes.
  • The $97 Audit Report. The Delivery Guarantee covers the monthly plans. It does not cover the Audit Report.
  • Force majeure: events outside our control.
  • Any business result.

  • Leads, calls or bookings
  • Reviews or star ratings
  • Search rankings or traffic
  • AI mentions or citations
  • Ad performance
  • Revenue

Per plan

What each plan delivers, and by when

Deadlines count from the day we confirm in writing that what the plan needs from you has arrived. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays.

Social Daily

$297 per month

  • First post within 7 business days.
  • Comment-to-DM, AI booking and follow-up are live by launch and kept working. A broken one is fixed within 2 business days of us finding out or being told.
  • One single-image post per scheduled day to your Facebook Page and Instagram account. Scheduled days are every calendar day, or your approved posting schedule, up to 30 a month. A post to both counts once.
  • Each month's batch is sent for approval at least 5 business days before its first scheduled post.
  • Two revision rounds per batch, each returned within 2 business days.
  • Follow-up by text or WhatsApp goes only to people whose own opt-in is on record.

Not included

  • Engagement, reach, followers, direct messages, bookings, leads or sales.
  • Extras priced per item (reels, UGC content, extra accounts), unless written into your agreement.
  • A third or later revision round.
  • Usage.

Social Plus

$497 per month

Everything in Social Daily, but the scheduled posts alternate between single-image posts and carousels, half and half within the 30-post maximum. A 30-day month is 15 of each. A 28-day month is 14 of each.

  • A carousel day that gets a single image counts as a miss.

Not included

  • Engagement, reach, followers, direct messages, bookings, leads or sales.
  • Extras priced per item (reels, UGC content, extra accounts), unless written into your agreement.
  • A third or later revision round.
  • Usage.

Reviews & GBP

$297 per month

  • Review requests live within 5 business days. Email requests start at once. Text requests start only after the carrier approves your texting registration, and only to customers whose own text opt-in is on record.
  • Every new Google review gets an owner reply within 2 business days. Replies to 1-star and 2-star reviews go to you first and are never auto-approved.
  • 4 Google Business Profile posts per month.
  • A monthly report by the 10th of the following month.
  • A failed review request is fixed within 2 business days.

Not included

  • The number of reviews or the star rating.
  • Removal of any review.
  • Google filtering.
  • Google suspensions or verification holds that we did not cause.
  • Usage.

AI Receptionist

$397 per month

  • Inbound Voice AI, Conversation AI and missed-call text-back live within 7 business days. The parts that need texting go live within 2 business days of the carrier's A2P approval.
  • A logged failure is fixed within 2 business days of us finding out or being told. A logged failure is a forwarded call the Voice AI did not answer, or a consented text-back that did not send.
  • Knowledge-base changes you send are applied within 2 business days.
  • A monthly call and text log report by the 10th of the following month.
  • We only call or text people who have given us permission to contact them, for example by checking the consent box on one of our forms. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or by telling us on a call.
  • Missed-call text-back sends one reply text that includes "Reply STOP to opt out", then waits. The caller is never added to marketing without consent.

Not included

  • An answer-rate percentage (shown in reports, never guaranteed).
  • Carrier or LeadConnector outages.
  • Calls that were never forwarded.
  • A2P approval timing.
  • What callers do and how many book.
  • All call, text and AI usage.

Website + SEO/AEO/GEO

$497 per month

  • Your site is live within 15 business days of us receiving your content and access, with the setup checklist done.
  • A monthly website check of both "can it be found" and "does it convert".
  • Issues found are fixed on a clock: 2 business days for blocking issues, 10 business days for everything else.
  • Change requests, which are edits to an existing page, done within 3 business days of the request plus any content it needs.
  • A monthly report by the 10th.
  • There is no content quota: the plan has no set number of posts or pages.

Not included

  • Rankings, traffic or leads.
  • AI Overview inclusion, AI citations or being mentioned by ChatGPT.
  • A monthly volume of new posts or pages.
  • Google Business Profile management (that is Reviews & GBP).
  • Link building and PR.
  • Hosting-platform outages we did not cause.
  • Domain registration and other third-party fees.

Business Assist bundle

$997 per month

  • Reviews & GBP, AI Receptionist and Website + SEO/AEO/GEO together.
  • Each plan keeps its own deliverables, deadlines and guarantee.
  • A miss waives only that plan's share of $997, not the whole bundle.

Not included

  • As listed for each of the three plans: Reviews & GBP, AI Receptionist and Website + SEO/AEO/GEO.

Reactivations

$497 per campaign

  • First send within 5 business days, once we have your approval of the offer.
  • Sent to every eligible contact. Eligible means not on do-not-contact and not excluded. Text and WhatsApp go only to contacts whose own opt-in is on record. Email goes only to contacts who have not unsubscribed.
  • A results report within 5 business days after the last touch.

Not included

  • Replies, bookings or revenue.
  • Contacts we do not message for consent or do-not-contact reasons (a compliance screen, never a miss).
  • Carrier filtering and inbox placement.
  • Text and email usage.

Ads Manager

$497 per month, plus ad spend

  • Campaigns live within 5 business days, once we have your creative approval.
  • A weekly optimization review, logged: 4 or 5 per month.
  • A monthly report by the 10th of the following month.
  • You pay all ad spend on your own card, you own the ad account and pixel, and you spend at least $1,000 a month.

Not included

  • All ad spend.
  • Cost per lead, return on ad spend, leads or sales.
  • Ad disapprovals or restrictions caused by your offer, claims, landing page or account history.
  • Platform outages.

Social Daily, 5 missed posts

This is an illustration with made-up numbers, not a real account.

A month has 30 scheduled post days. We miss 5 of them, and none of the not-a-miss reasons apply.

Each missed post is worth $297 ÷ 30 = $9.90. The missed share is 5 × $9.90 = $49.50.

We post the 5 missing posts the next month on top of that month's schedule, and the next month of Social Daily ($297) is free. If you cancel instead of using the free month, we refund $49.50.
