Who handles information for us

HighLevel (GoHighLevel, also called LeadConnector)

What it does for us: Runs our customer records, website, forms, calendars, and the tools we use to send texts and emails and to make and answer calls, including our AI assistants.

Information involved: Contact details, form answers, messages, appointment details, and call details and summaries, including recordings of calls that are recorded.

Twilio

What it does for us: Carries our text messages and phone calls.

Information involved: Phone numbers, the content of text messages, and call details.

Mailgun

What it does for us: Delivers the emails we send, such as confirmations, notifications and follow-ups.

Information involved: Email addresses and the content of those emails.

Stripe

What it does for us: Takes card payments for orders placed on our website, such as the Audit Report.

Information involved: The payment details you enter at checkout, and the order amount.

OpenAI

What it does for us: Provides the AI language models that write the replies for our AI chat assistant.

Information involved: What people send in the website chat, in text messages and in social-media messages that our AI chat assistant answers, and any details they share there.

ElevenLabs

What it does for us: Provides the synthetic voice that our AI phone assistant speaks with.

Information involved: The words the assistant says on a call, which can include details a caller gave.

Google (Cloud Storage and Google Fonts)

What it does for us: Stores the layout files for our website pages and forms, and images. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on some pages.

Information involved: Our website content. When fonts load, the visitor's IP address and browser details.

Cloudflare

What it does for us: Sits in front of our website to deliver pages, and runs Turnstile, a check on our forms that tells real people from automated programs.
