No. There is no setup fee on any plan. You pay the plan price for your first month, plus usage (texts, calls, AI minutes), billed separately.

No. Every plan is month-to-month with no minimum term and no notice period. Cancel any time before your next billing date. Your service runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged another plan fee.

Start with the free 30-minute Health Check call, where we give you your top 3 gaps verbally. For a full written report, the next step is the $97 Audit Report. It is a written report on your online presence that shows the biggest gaps and which of our plans fit them. It only needs your website address, and it is delivered within 3 business days of purchase (Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays).

It is a PDF report built from public information about your business. It opens with a scorecard: an overall score and a score for each section. Then come nine checked sections: business details and contact, marketing tools and tracking, Google Business Profile, listings, online reputation, social media, website basics and performance, email deliverability, and keyword suggestions. Every check is marked Found, Not found or Could not check, with the reason. It ends with your Top 5 priorities, an onboarding fix list (Week 1, Month 1 and Ongoing) and how DiG can help, with plan prices. It shows what we found, not what will happen. We do not log in to anything, we do not submit your forms and we do not contact anyone.

Yes. If you start a plan within 30 days of buying the audit, the $97 is credited toward your first plan month. It works with any monthly plan, including the Ads Manager management fee (not ad spend), but not Reactivations. After 30 days there is no credit.

Yes. Each plan has its own price and its own guarantee. Pick one social plan, Social Daily or Social Plus, since Plus is the same service with carousels added. Reviews & GBP, AI Receptionist and Website are also sold together as the $997 Business Assist bundle.

Social Plus is $497 a month. It is the same service as Social Daily, but the posts alternate between single images and carousels (posts with several swipeable images), within the same 30-post maximum.

No. Ads Manager is a $497 monthly management fee. You pay all ad spend directly on your own card, and you own the ad account and the pixel. We never hold, front or re-bill your ad spend. The minimum is $1,000 a month or more on your own card.

No. We guarantee the work, not results. Each plan lists exactly what we deliver and by when, and if we miss any of it we make it up and give you that plan's next month free (for a bundle, that plan's share of $997; for Reactivations, a $497 credit toward your next campaign).

It never covers results such as leads, rankings, reviews or revenue. It never covers usage (texts, calls, AI minutes, phone numbers, A2P registration), ad spend, domain and other third-party fees, or taxes. It also does not apply when the delay is on your side, such as missing access or a pending revision.

Yes. Multi-Language Video is an add-on to any plan. We use AI to dub your own video into other languages, with lip sync so the mouth matches the new voice, in 24 languages. A Reel Pack (one video up to 60 seconds, 3 languages) is $59.97. A Full Video Pack (one video up to 3 minutes, 3 languages) is $197. An extra language is $19.97 per reel or $59.97 per full video. Multilingual Reels is $197 a month for Social plan clients (4 reels up to 60 seconds, 2 languages each). Each language includes the dubbed video, subtitles and translated post text. You send us the video (MP4 or MOV, up to 3 minutes, up to 300MB). We deliver within 2 business days of receiving a usable video, or we finish it free and refund that order. The $97 Audit Report credit does not apply to add-ons.
